- How Do I Place an Order?
- Order Online: Simply shop at our online store www.modernmummy.com which has easy to use shopping cart facilities.
- By Email: Simply email your order to sales@modernmummy.com.
- How do I Know My Order has been Placed?
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order. Shortly thereafter we will email you again to confirm the payment and delivery details and inform you of time of dispatch.
- GIFTS: Wrapping Service
- For a small fee of $5.00 we will gift wrap your item and include a small card with your personal message.
- Which Payment Methods do You Accept?
- DIRECT BANKING (in Australian Dollars)
You can make a payment directly via internet transfer, over-the-counter or via ATM. Please email us of your payment so we can check and proceed with your order.

- Delivery Within Australia
- Normal Post is used for all delivery within Australia. Items are generally mailed from Melbourne. On rare occassions, some out-of-stock items will be mailed from our overseas office whereupon we will use International Express Post at our expense.
- Charges for Normal Post:
- 1 ITEM: $6.00
- 2 ITEMS: $9.00
- 3 to 5 ITEMS: $12.00
- Charges for Express Post:
- 1 ITEM: $8.00
- 2-5 ITEMS: $15.00
- Registered Mail:Pay an additional $3.00 We strongly advise customers to pay for registered mail as we will not replace lost or stolen parcels. Ask Australia Post whether you live in a high crime area.
- International Delivery
- All international deliveries are sent by Normal Registered AIRMAIL from Melbourne. On rare occassions, some out-of-stock items will be mailed from our overseas office based in Asia. Delivery times are generally between 5-10 business days – longer if you live outside major towns and cities. The customer is also responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.
